Specialty chemicals (algaecide, calcium treatment, phosphate remover) are discussed and priced separately before use. No surprises.
What affects your price.
Standard residential pools (under 20,000 gallons) typically fall at the lower end of the range. Larger pools or pools with spas require more time and chemicals per visit.
Pools with persistent chemistry challenges, high bather load, or significant hard water scale may require additional treatment. We discuss this before it affects your invoice.
Weekly service is the standard rate. If your pool requires additional visits during a problem period, we discuss the cost before the additional visit.

Is there a contract or commitment?
No contract is required. Service continues month to month for as long as it works for you. Most clients stay for years because the service is consistent. There are no cancellation fees.
What if I need extra service during the summer?
If a storm or chemistry issue requires an additional visit, we will discuss the cost before coming out. There is no automatic extra charge.
Do you raise prices mid-season?
No. Your rate is set when service begins and does not change mid-season. If we need to adjust pricing we give you advance notice.
